Choices

We often scold our children by questioning their "choices." Was it a good choice to splash water out of the bath tub, or hit your brother, and the list goes on. Yesterday I went over to 7-eleven to pick up a Diet Coke for Kitty Kat and I was behind a lady buying 3 items. I am still in shock that anybody would select these three items to purchase at one time. A pack of Cheetos, a Hostess apple pie, and a pack of cigerettes. Sure you are waiting for the punchline but there isn't one that is what she was buying. $6.73 if I remember correctly.

The lady looked about 50-55 but was probably 40-45 as she looked like she had a tough life. I am not exactly judging her but come on lady? Pick one or two of the items but all 3 at once time? That's really a tri-fecta! I can remember as a kid occasionally having an extra buck and with no self-control I would still only buy ONE Hostess item OR a bag of chips; not BOTH and never a tri-fecta! Actually, I have never bought cigerettes in my whole life so I would never have made that tri-fecta.

The only question she left unanswered is what will she wash all that down with? A cup of ice water? I think not.

peace out.
